As a former People and Culture Executive having worked throughout Australia, the United Kingdom and Europe, Rebecca knows what it’s like to lead teams, build capacity, be agile and implement change effectively to drive business success.

Rebecca uses her psychology background, and own lived experience, to create bespoke solutions that help organisations thrive within the changing external environment.

She identifies the individual and team mindset shifts and capabilities required for growth. Rebecca delivers both 1:1 and group coaching sessions to increase team effectiveness over time.
